I arrived drenched after a long walk in the rain, but the owners of this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They provided drying facilities and my room was incredibly luxurious. The dinner they served was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and well, equipped with the usual amenities; the location was convenient to my meeting, and the staff were friendly. I appreciated the coffee and tea, making facilities and the free Wi, Fi. Having an early morning call was also a plus.
The noise level in the hotel was unbearable.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Beautiful, well furnished house. Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Invited me for lunch. Peaceful town, surrounded by green hills. Comfortable, clean structure. Large room with vintage furniture. Friendly, helpful staff. Tasting, typical dishes of Umbria. Huge, movie-like palace. Excellent English-speaking owner. Incredibly helpful. Generous check-out flexibility. Big, tasty breakfast. Close to restaurants, supermarket. Amazing, spacious, clean apartment. Beautiful design. Welcoming host. Prepared early breakfast. Went above and beyond.
Nothing all excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled uphill surrounded by lush green forest, and just a short walk to the historic center. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, even offering to personally guide us to the best restaurants in the area. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-stocked with amenities like heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved the spaciousness of the room, with a cozy sitting area and a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the room had all the amenities we needed, from cookware and kitchen utensils to an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the leisure facilities, including a massage and a peaceful garden area, added to the overall relaxation of our stay. The on-site car park and free Wi-Fi were convenient, and the coffee shop and massage service were a nice added bonus. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

The countryside surrounding the hotel was stunning and perfect for hiking and biking trips, as mentioned in previous reviews. the room was well-furnished, clean and comfortable, with some nice extra touches, like chocolates and fresh fruit. the service was great, with the owners going out of their way to make sure guests had everything they needed, like the owner bringing a guest pasta on a rainy day. the breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of tasty options, including typical Italian Christmas sweets and nuts.
The internet connection was a bit slow and inconsistent, as pointed out in one of the reviews.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The view from the window was lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast in bed service. It was nice to wake up without any rush and enjoy the meal at our own pace. The town was picturesque and we were able to take a nice walk in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom was small and outdated. The shower was not easy to control and the water temperature kept changing.
